CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION
Registration cancellations and refunds (all categories) can be made according to the following rules:
- 75% refund if the cancellation happens up to 10 days before the beginning of the module;
- 50% refund if the cancellation happens up to 5 days before the beginning of the module;
- 20% refund if the cancellation happens up to 2 days before the beginning of the module;
- In case of cancellation on the day of the first class already scheduled, there will be no refund.
The cancellation request must be formalized through the e-mail atendimento@ifalke.com with a deadline of 30 days for the congress participant to receive a refund. If this request is not formalized, the charge will continue in effect.
