Aulas Teóricas: Serão realizadas aulas teóricas ao vivo e online ao longo de 3 dias, permitindo também que os participantes acessem o material de forma flexível.
Aulas Práticas Intensivas: em centro de treinamento cirúrgico experimental com práticas hands-on que incluem:
Cirurgias ao vivo, proporcionando observação direta das técnicas em tempo real.
Sessões “semi-live”, onde procedimentos são demonstrados e analisados detalhadamente.
Prática em modelos experimentais e utilização de peças anatômicas para simulação de procedimentos.
Treinamento em procedimentos realizados em peças anatômicas cadavéricas e uso de simuladores realísticos, possibilitando uma aprendizagem aprofundada e segura.

Module 1 | Minimally Invasive Ureter and Bladder Reconstruction (Videolaparoscopy and Robotics)

Session 1: Fundamentals and Anatomy
- Review of the anatomy of the ureter and bladder, including adjacent structures.
- Physiology and pathophysiology of ureteral lesions and bladder conditions requiring reconstruction.
- Indications for ureteral and bladder reconstruction.
Session 2: Laparoscopic Techniques in the Urinary Tract
- Laparoscopy for ureterolysis, ureter mobilization and stenosis repair.
- Laparoscopic ureteral reimplantation techniques (tensioned and tension-free anastomoses).
- Laparoscopy for partial resection and reconstruction of the bladder.
- Techniques for anastomosis and repair of bladder defects (including indications for cystoplasty).
Session 3: Robotic Approach to Ureteral and Bladder Reconstruction
- Planning and positioning of trocars in robotic surgery.
- Intracorporeal suturing techniques with robotic precision for the ureter and bladder.
- Practical cases of reimplantation and repair of complex lesions.
- Comparative advantages between laparoscopy and robotics.
Session 4: Case Studies and Complication Management
- Discussion of complex clinical cases and resolution strategies.
- Approach to intra- and post-operative complications in ureteral and bladder surgery.
- Updating techniques and critical review in challenging contexts.
