It is with great enthusiasm that we present a proposal for a comprehensive Laparoscopic Surgery Training Program for Gynecologists, aimed at enhancing and updating the technical and practical skills of our member physicians. The robotic surgery course will be taught in a hybrid format, with a total course load of 178 hours, to ensure a more balanced and high-quality learning experience. The integrated methodology aims to provide the best learning experience and foster the development of surgical skills.
The course is organized into five modules, covering a variety of activities. Initially, students participate in online theory classes, which provide a solid foundation of essential knowledge. Next, they undergo hands-on training with in-person simulators, which offer a safe and controlled introduction to surgical techniques. The training then progresses to practice on live models, providing a more advanced and realistic hands-on experience.
Throughout the course, students also have the opportunity to observe and assist in real surgeries, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting. The highlight of the training is performing surgeries under supervision, where students apply what they have learned under the guidance of experienced specialists. In addition, online surgery tutorials are available, offering ongoing support and feedback to students.

A certificate of completion is issued to gynecologists who meet the required standards.
